The Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology is devoted to the complete well-being of women across all life stages—from adolescence and reproductive years to menopause and beyond. Combining clinical excellence with compassionate care, we nurture the next generation of healthcare providers under a CBME-aligned academic framework.

To be a national leader in delivering holistic, inclusive, and evidence-based healthcare to women, while promoting education, research, and public health awareness in reproductive and women's health.

Departmental Overview

Established in 2014 under the leadership of Dr. Kantha Reddy and Dr. Vahida Begum, the department provides full-spectrum obstetric and gynaecological services. With a 150-bed capacity and a multidisciplinary care approach, we are a hub of education, research, and clinical excellence aligned with the CBME framework.
